It all started in a small, rural military town in the deep South way back in 1996 when Dink Flamingo bought a camera and started filming some of his hot military buddies that he had befriended in straight titty bars and juke joints outside one of the world's largest military bases.
Soon, he would start guest-directing for Dirk Yates where he would hone his skills and eventually go full-time recruiting and shooting some of the hottest military men around this small southern military town.
In 1998 Flamingo went on his own and formed Active Duty Productions and started his own web site. From there he has become the most prolific and sought after director of amateur military videos featuring real American soldiers.
