A beautifully finished implement we call a rod because a true cane is only made of rattan or bamboo. The Cherry wood gives this rod a firm and smooth feel that will deliver a stiff impact. Its sensation is more intense than rattan and will leave the classic ridged mark with just moderate force. The rod is 32 inches long, 3/8 inch thick and finished in a clear varnish. It is not as springy as rattan but will deliver a sharp crisp impact with a different feel than rattan but with its own charm. |
